Yes, we absolutely do. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the insurance companies we work with: Travelers, Safeco, State Farm, USAA, AAA, and AIG. In the case where an insurance company will be liable for the expenses of our remediation services, we will bill your insurance company directly. In some cases we have been able to work with insurance companies to save our customers from paying a deductible.
All the products we use are EPA approved and if you need more information on the products we use, we can provide a Material Safety Data Sheet upon request. We use an IAQ 2000 disinfectant which is an EPA registered disinfectant designed to kill and control fungal, bacterial, and viral bacteria growth. For a greener disinfectant option, we offer Benefact Disinfectant which is uses botanical ingredients.
We only offer free estimates and visual inspections to home owners. Our policy requires that we charge $49 for renters, property management companies, and other entities.
